Purchase terms

Version: 25 October 2026. Your purchase is the selected Slovenian or English PDF ebook (67 pages). No printed book is included. A PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer and internet access for downloading are required. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The book provides general education, not personalised medical care.

Price and ordering

Each edition costs EUR 9.90 or USD 11.10. The cart and final checkout display your chosen currency and total; there are no shipping fees. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Any tax treatment required for a particular place of supply must be arranged before accepting that order.

Select your edition and currency, review or remove items in your cart, and continue to Stripe. Check your details there before confirming the payment and placing an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and payment is successfully confirmed. The purchase language is Slovenian or English according to your selection. Sample pages are available before purchase.

Delivery and documents

Once payment is confirmed and processed, the confirmation page displays a download link for the purchased edition. Contact the seller if access is missing. The seller must provide the contract confirmation, applicable terms and invoice on a durable medium. Contact the seller with your order details for copies or download assistance; do not email card details. Order records are retained to fulfil the contract and meet legal obligations.

Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. An exception for immediate digital delivery applies only when all statutory conditions are met: prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and the appropriate contract confirmation on a durable medium. A checkbox or successful payment alone does not establish that the right has ended.

Where the withdrawal right remains, send an unambiguous statement by email or post within the deadline. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notice, normally by the original payment method without an additional consumer fee.

Conformity and complaints

The seller is responsible for conformity under Slovenian consumer law, including lack of conformity becoming apparent within the statutory two-year period for a one-off supply. Report inaccessible, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming files to the seller. Remedies include bringing the content into conformity free of charge and, where legal conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination. Loss of a no-reason withdrawal right does not remove these remedies.

Court remedies remain available. Slovenian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence.

Use of the book

Your copy is for personal use. Unauthorised public distribution or resale is prohibited; uses allowed by law remain unaffected.

Privacy

Order processing uses selected editions, currency, amount, order/payment-session identifiers, payment status and consent records. Stripe also collects the contact and payment information needed for checkout; the store does not receive full card numbers. If you contact us, we process your contact details and message. Cloudflare may process connection data, including IP addresses, to host and protect the site.

Legal bases are contract performance and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (6(1)(c)) and legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and handling claims (6(1)(f)). Marketing consent is not required to buy. This version has no newsletter signup, advertising trackers or analytics.

Necessary recipients include Cloudflare (hosting and order database), Stripe (payments), and Google/Gmail when you email us. Accounting records are supplied to accounting services or competent authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside the EEA; transfers require applicable safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, such as a valid adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Provider privacy notices explain their arrangements.

Records are kept as needed for delivery, support and claims, and legally required documentation for the applicable statutory periods. Correspondence without a continuing contractual or legal purpose is deleted after handling and the necessary claims period. Ask the controller for details about a particular record.

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawfulness. You may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si). Information necessary for payment and delivery is required to fulfil the purchase. The store does not conduct its own automated decisions with legal effects; Stripe operates its own payment and fraud checks.

Cookies and local storage

This version does not load advertising or analytics cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or embedded social networks. You do not need to accept advertising tracking to browse.

The cart and selected currency are held in the memory of the open page. The language is represented by the lang URL parameter. Reloading clears the cart. This version does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage for those choices.

Cloudflare may use necessary security mechanisms. Continuing to Stripe takes you to a separate website with its own privacy and cookie information. Adding non-essential technologies in future requires an appropriate consent choice, including rejection and withdrawal.
